+ Most items are Free Size where specific sizes are not stated. However, we do include "best fits UK sizes--" to our best estimate in the descriptions to help you make a better decision.

+ Prices stated are not inclusive of postage fees. Poslaju will be given by default within Malaysia:
RM6 (to W/M'sia)
RM10 (to E/M'sia)

For shoes and bags, Poslaju rates for 1 item:
RM8 (to W/M'sia)
RM12 (to E/M'sia)
Every subsequent item: additional RM4

+ We also ship worldwide at an improved lower rate. For international deliveries, please enquire within.

+ We will not be held responsible for any damages or loss during delivery.

+ Cash On Delivery (COD) may be arranged around Bandar Utama area, with no extra charge.
Upfront payment in full to our bank account is required before COD.

+ For restocks, advance payment in full has to be made to secure the item. Should we fail to restock the item, a full refund will be made.
